I know it is Covid times and distance and stuff, but to get attention of waiters you need to start dancing cha-cha-cha in the middle of the restaurant. They do anything to avoid you. To get a coffee, you need to go the bar and start to stare in everyone's eyes to get noticed, however I didn't see that they are short of staff, they just walk around trying to look busy.
